Abby Yanow is an Organizational Development consultant, and leadership and team coach, specializing in change management, group process consulting, leadership development and training. She believes in the power of groups to achieve inspiration and transformation.
Groups have collective experience and wisdom and it is my job to bring that out. I help leaders and teams engage in meaningful conversations which allow for reflection and inquiry that lead to change.
